Book Fairs
Do you like to read? Reading is a good hobbit, I love reading when I am free or boring, I always read some philosophy books, some romance novel (I like it very much) and comic books, of course.
Have you been to the Taipei International Book Exhibition? I didn’t, but many people say that is a good book fair. Believe it or not, there had more than 30,000 people in that book fair last year. It is a great meeting point for not only book lovers, but also many writers from different countries. As a visitor, you may have the chance to meet your favorite writers, and you can see some writers bring their latest book there. Doesn’t it sound great?
Book fair is an excellent place to read and buy books, I’d like to go there some day and I want to go to the comic book area first.

Do you like to read? Reading
is a good pastime. hobbit, (Pastime means “hobby” or “leisure
activity”. Anyway, you spelled hobby wrongly) I love reading
when I am free or boring, (Not “when I am boring…” because you are NOT a boring girl. You are an
interesting girl.) bored.
I always read some philosophy philosophical (You need to use
the adjective here) books, some (“Some” needs only to be used once) romance novels especially (“especially” means “very much so” or “particularly”. By the way, do not
use ( ) in essay writing.) (I like it very much) and
comic books, of course.
Have you been to the Taipei
International Book Exhibition? I didn’t, but many people say that is an excellent (“excellent” is a
better word to use, but “good” is not wrong) a good book fair. Believe it or not, there had (Past tense) were more than 30,000 people in
that book fair last year. It is a great meeting point place (“point” is not wrong, but “place” is better) for not only
book lovers, but also many
writers from different countries. As a visitor, you may have the
chance to meet your favorite writers, and you can also (Use “also” when you have an
additional idea to add) see some writers bring (“bring” is not wrong, but “promoting” is
the reason why they were there. That is, to try to “introduce” and
sell their books) promoting their latest books there. Doesn’t it sound great?
Book fairs is (Must use plural here, because you
are speaking of “book fairs” in general) are an excellent place to read
and buy books., I’d like to
go there some day and I’d want to go to the comic book area first.
For the last part, you can also say : “I’d like to make a beeline
for the comic books section first.”
